Supporting and developing our early career teachers in the first two years of teaching is important.  Working with Best Practice Network, we deliver the Early Career Framework to all our ECTs across the trust.  These sessions are offered both remotely and face to face, and are facilitated by colleagues with a strong track record in mentoring and supporting new teachers into the profession.

The Early Career Development Programme continues following the teacher standards, supporting them to develop and reinforce the skills and confidence needed to flourish in the classroom.  Delivered through a combination of facilitated face to face training and online workshops, it logically follows on from initial teacher training to further develop key teaching practices.
